Warranty policy
General
Straik reserves the right to change the warranty policy.
In order to claim the warranty, the customer must return the device to Straik within 14 days after the occurrence of the defect. The customer must return the device in its original packaging, together with a copy of the purchase receipt.
Straik will examine the device within 14 days of receipt. If the defect is covered by the warranty, Straik will repair or replace the defect within 14 days after the examination.
If the defect is not covered by the warranty, Straik will inform the customer about it. The customer is then responsible for the cost of the repair or replacement.
Phone repair
Straik offers a 6-month warranty on all phone repairs. This warranty applies to the following parts:
- Screen
- Battery
- Camera
- Charging port
- Speaker
- Trill engine
- Back
- Home Button
The guarantee is not apply as the problem:
- Arises after the repair at the hands of the user;
- Occurs due to previous damage, such as fall, lightning, water or moisture damage;
- Created by software applications (such as jailbreaking etc.);
- Is caused by external conditions (Falls, water etc.);
- Is caused by the customer trying to repair the device himself;
- Arises with complaints that are not related to the repair performed.
If a defect is covered under warranty, Straik will repair the defect free repair or replace. The customer is responsible for the costs of transporting the aircraft to Straik and back.
Tablet repair
Straik offers a 6-month warranty on all iPad and tablet repairs. This warranty applies to the following parts:
- Screen
- Battery
- Camera
- Charging port
- Home Button
- Speaker

- Arises after the repair at the hands of the user;
- Occurs due to previous damage, such as fall, lightning, water or moisture damage;
- Created by software applications (such as jailbreaking etc.);
- Is caused by external conditions (Falls, water etc.);
- Is caused by the customer trying to repair the device himself;
- Arises with complaints that are not related to the repair performed.
If a defect is covered under warranty, Straik will repair the defect free repair or replace. The customer is responsible for the costs of transporting the aircraft to Straik and back.
iMac and MacBook Repair
Straik offers a 12 - month warranty on all MacBook and iMac repairs. This warranty applies to the following parts:
- Screen
- Power supply (also battery)
- Motherboard
- Keyboard (for MacBook only)
- Touchpad (for MacBook only)
The warranty does not apply if the problem:
- Arises after the repair at the hands of the user;
- Occurs due to previous damage, such as fall, lightning, water or moisture damage;
- Caused by software applications (such as jailbreaking, Trojans, Malware, etc.);
- Is caused by external conditions (Falls, water etc.);
- Is caused by the customer trying to repair the device himself;
- Arises with complaints that are not related to the repair performed.
If a defect is covered under warranty, Straik will repair the defect free repair or replace. The customer is responsible for the costs of transporting the aircraft to Straik and back.
Console repair
Straik offers a 12-month warranty on all console repairs, including PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. This warranty applies to the following parts:
- Ventilators
- Power supply (also battery)
- Storage (has 2 years warranty)
- Screen (only for Nintendo Switch all models)
The warranty does not apply if the problem:
- Arises after the repair at the hands of the user;
- Occurs due to previous damage, such as fall, lightning, water or moisture damage;
- Caused by software applications (such as jailbreaking, Trojans, Malware, etc.);
- Is caused by external conditions (Falls, water etc.);
- Is caused by the customer trying to repair the device himself;
- Arises with complaints that are not related to the repair performed.
If a defect is covered under warranty, Straik will repair the defect free repair or replace. The customer is responsible for the costs of transporting the aircraft to Straik and back.
Computer repair
Straik offers a 2-year warranty on all computer repairs. This warranty applies to the following parts:
- Motherboard
- Hard drive
- SOLID STATE
- RAM
- Processor
- Card
- Power supply (PSU)
The warranty does not apply if the problem:
- Arises after the repair at the hands of the user;
- Occurs due to previous damage, such as fall, lightning, water or moisture damage;
- Caused by software applications (such as jailbreaking, Trojans, Malware, etc.);
- Is caused by external conditions (Falls, water etc.);
- Is caused by the customer trying to repair the device himself;
- Arises with complaints that are not related to the repair performed.
If a defect is covered under warranty, Straik will repair the defect free repair or replace. The customer is responsible for the costs of transporting the aircraft to Straik and back.
Composite computers
Straik offers a 2-year warranty on all assembled and prebuilt computers. This warranty applies to the following parts:
- All components included with the assembled computer
The warranty does not apply if the problem:
- Arises after the repair at the hands of the user;
- Occurs due to previous damage, such as fall, lightning, water or moisture damage;
- Created by software applications (such as jailbreaking etc.);
- Is caused by external conditions (Falls, water etc.);
- Is caused by the customer trying to repair the device himself;
- Arises with complaints that are not related to the repair performed.
If a defect is covered under warranty, Straik will repair or replace the defect free of charge. The customer is responsible for the costs of transporting the aircraft to Straik and back.
