Return policy for Prebuilt Computers

At Straik, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we offer a return policy for our prebuilt computers. Below are the details of our comprehensive return policy.

Grace period

  • 14 Days Cooling-Off Period: Our customers have 14 days after receiving their prebuilt computer. Within this period, you can return the computer for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be observed:

  • Condition of the Product: The product must be in original condition and undamaged, including all accessories, manuals and packaging. Any missing parts may result in a deduction on the amount to be refunded.
  • Proof of purchase: You must attach proof of purchase to the return shipment.
  • Return request: You must submit a return request to our customer service via e-mail or telephone within the 14-day cooling-off period.

Costs and processing

  • Labor costs: When returning a prebuilt computer, labor costs will be charged. These costs depend on the complexity of the assembly and are communicated in advance.
  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment to Straik. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking so that you can track the shipment.

Processing procedure

  1. Submitting a return request: Please contact our customer service to submit your return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return instructions: Our customer service will provide you with return instructions and the address to which the product should be returned.
  3. Sending the Product: Return the product to Straik according to the instructions given. Make sure the product is well packaged to avoid damage during transport.
  4. Reception and Inspection: Upon receipt of the return, Straik will inspect the product for damage and completeness.
  5. Refund: If the product meets all return conditions, Straik will process the refund. This may take a few business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Return policy for composite Computers

Attention! Composite computers may not be returned. This is because these computers are specially assembled to the wishes and specifications of the customer. We recommend that you consult carefully with our team before purchasing to ensure that the assembled computer meets your expectations.
