General terms and Conditions of Straik (Aigo Computers)
1. Definitions
In these Terms and conditions, the following terms have the meanings:
- Straik: Refers to the company” Straik of Aigo Computers " registered with the Chamber of Commerce under the Chamber of Commerce number 90395166.
- Customers: Any natural or legal person who enters into or wishes to enter into an agreement with Straik or Aigo Computers.
- Consumer: Any natural or legal person who enters into or wishes to enter into an agreement with Straik or Aigo Computers.
- Repair: The services offered by Straik, but not limited to repairs of mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets, iPads and other electronic devices.
- Device: The electronic device submitted for repair by the customer, including mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets, iPads and other electronic devices.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers and services provided by Straik.
3. Service agreement
3.1. Service request
The customer can submit a repair request by contacting us via our website or telephone. The request must include a description of the problem and the make / model of the device contain.
3.2. Diagnosis
As a complete diagnosis additional problems with it device reveals that are not covered by the original quotation, will strike the customer inform and request approval for possible additional costs.
3.3. Completion
Straik strives to complete the repair within the agreed period. However, repair times may vary based on the availability of replacement parts and complexity of the problem. As a result, it is possible that the agreed time will not be met.
4. Payment
4.1. Pricing
The prices for repair services are indicated on the website or via contact. Prices are including taxes, unless otherwise noted.
4.2. Payment terms
Payment for repair services must be made upon completion and must be paid in full before the device to the customers will be returned.
4.3. Additional Costs
Any additional charges for services not included in the original quotation, as approved by the customer, must be paid upon completion.
5. Warranty
5.1. Limited Warranty
Straik offers a limited warranty on parts and labor for a period of six months from the date of completion of the repair. This warranty covers (only) defects resulting from the repair.
5.2. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover problems not related to the repair or damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorized modifications.
5.3. Warranty claims Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Straik within the warranty period, providing the original (repair)receipt and a detailed description of the problem.
6. Data protection
6.1. Security
Straik will take reasonable steps to protect and preserve the data on the customer's device during the repair process. However, it is the customer's responsibility to back up important data before submitting the device for repair.
6.2. Loss
Straik is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. The customer understands and accepts this risk.
7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability
Straik's liability for any damage or loss resulting from the repair is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
7.2. Indirect Damage
Straik is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage resulting from the repair
8. Termination
8.1. Cancellation
The customer can cancel a repair request two hours before the start of the repair. Cancellation after the repair has started may result in costs for diagnostics and labor services.
8.2. Termination by Strike
Straik reserves the right to terminate services if unforeseen circumstances prevent the completion of the repair or if the customer does not comply with the payment terms.
